Street railway -- collision with automobile crossing in front of streetcar -- action for injuries -- questions for jury. In a personal injury action arising out of a collision between an automobile and a streetcar just as the former was about across the streetcar tracks, there was testimony on behalf of plaintiff, the driver of the automobile, indicating that the streetcar was at a stop taking on or discharging passengers as plaintiff approached the tracks to cross them and that the streetcar was speedily accelerated from a dead stop. It was error for the lower court to direct a verdict for the defendant streetcar company, as the evidence presented a question of fact for the determination of the jury.
